This variety is from the Stone family. Between 10 and 20 examples are known. The planchet is billon. LE.129-ABD edge lettering, inverted meaning that half of the lettering is upside-down relative to the other half. This is a moderately worn example exhibiting VG de-tails. The planchet color is darker possibly as a result of the slightly higher copper content than the preceding example. There is a punch mark in the right obverse field behind Liberty’s ear.
