Buck-Toothed Eagle family variety. This example appears to be struck on a German silver planchet (I can confirm via XRF if you'd like); this die marriage is known struck on German silver, billon, brass, and copper planchets with billon being the most common.
 
This example has very nice AG+ details, no distracting marks or scratches, and overall has a very nice appearance.
