This variety is from the Buck-Toothed Eagle family. It was struck on a billon planchet. This variety is very rare with less than 10 examples documented, and that rarity has remained steady for years. Varieties from this family are notoriously ugly, and relatively few survive in attractive condition.

This example exhibits Good details with a dark, copper-rich billon alloy planchet. Some old test scratches are partially hidden amongst the planchet color. Overall, quite a respectable example of a rare variety.
