BACKGROUND. This variety is a singleton. Based on wear patterns from other examples of this variety, the obverse was almost always weakly struck in comparison to the reverse. It is relatively common.
 
COIN DESCRIPTION. This example exhibits Fine (or maybe slightly better) details. The only issues with this example are a obverse test scratch, and a reverse test scratch above the eagles left-facing wing.
