This variety comes from the Lumpy family (ex. Hybrid family). All known examples of this variety were struck on billon planchets. This is also a transfer die variety matching O-111. This is a rare variety with just 6 examples documented.

This example is worn and none of the date is visible, but I also think that is due to a weaker obverse strike because the reverse is more presentable. If you need to fill this rare hole to get closer to all varieties in this family, this piece may be for you.
