This variety comes from the Never Too Late family and is known struck on both billon and German silver planchets. Current population of this variety is less than 10 documented examples.
 
This example was, I believe, struck on a billon planchet, is well-worn, and was subjected to a small hole and then plugged. Overall, this is an inexpensive example of a fairly rare variety from a family of 5 varieties which rarely come up for sale!
