1861 Z4-P is part of the Almost Right family. This is the largest family of counterfeit 3cS. All varieties were struck on German silver planchets, and most examples still fool coin dealers and other numismatists regularly.
 
This is a nice, higher-grade example of the most common counterfeit 3cS variety.
