The 1900-O VAM 22C1 (TD.1-TD.G) is a mid-rarity variety within the Micro O family of contemporary counterfeit Morgan dollars. This variety is easily identified based on the indented top arrowhead.
 
This is a decent VF example, possibly lightly cleaned based on the brighter color, but that could also be the result of higher silver content.
