The popular key-date in the large cent series, here and available to fill a hole in your collection with a much less expensive electrotype - this was likely why this example was originally made, to fill a tough and expensive hole in someone's collection more than a century ago!  Overall condition is very good with only lighter hints of the copper worn off on the high-points.  I'm not sure if you will be able to find a comparable 1799 S-189 large cent electrotype for a better price.
