This popular variety is part of the large Buck-Toothed Eagle family.  Of note is the backwards '1' in the date - a die sinking mistake which is unique to this obverse die amongst all other documented contemporary counterfeit CBHs.  This example exhibits a fair amount of wear, despite this family being known for weak strikes and not much portrait details, suggestive of several years in circulation before being removed.
