This is a fantasy date-mintmark combination counterfeit Seated dime. Struck on a brass planchet this variety comes with both a visible mintmark and due to a later die state die bulge, the mintmark disappears. This example very faintly shows the mintmark and may be a transition die state, or the mintmark may not be sharp due to a combination of wearker strike and wear. This example exhibits decent details for the variety along with some test scratches across the surface. I don't get a chance to sell counterfeit Seated dimes very often so I'm pleased to offer this one.
