This is a fascinating counterfeit especially given the fantasy date. Here, the counterfeiter used a 1935-dated host-coin and altered the 3 into a 1 to create this unique date.  A few examples of this counterfeit date have been seen, but they are scarce to come acrosss.  The planchet is high-grade silver, and potentially sterling silver.
