This is the popular 1924-S/S counterfeit SLQ, variety TD.1-TD.A. These were struck on sterling silver planchets, probably during the Great Depression of the 1930s. These have been popular with collectors for decades, but have been documented as counterfeits for more than 40 years. I rarely have a chance to offer this variety and I don't know when another will become available here.
